This Privacy Policy of personal data (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that this site (https://sites.land), on which the text of this Privacy Policy is posted, can receive about the User, as well as any programs and products, placed on it.
1. Definition of terms
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Site administration” – employees authorized to manage the site, acting on its behalf, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) that are carried out with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) carried out with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” – mandatory for compliance by the Site Administration is the requirement not to allow their intentional distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.
1.1.5. “Site user (hereinafter User)” is a person who has access to the site via the Internet and uses this site for his own purposes.

2. Terms

6. Obligations of the parties
6.1. The user undertakes:

6.1.2. Update or supplement the provided information about personal data in the event of a change in this information.
6.1.3. Take measures to protect access to your confidential data stored on the site.
6.2. The site administration undertakes:
6.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Not to disclose the User’s personal data, with the exception of para. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. To block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request by the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable personal data or illegal actions.
7. Responsibilities of the parties
7.1. The administration of the site is responsible for the intentional disclosure of the User’s Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation, except for the cases provided for in para. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration is not responsible if the given confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public property until its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. It was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. It was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to site files.
7.2.4. It was disclosed with the consent of the User.
7.3. The user is responsible for the legality, correctness and truthfulness of the provided Personal Data in accordance with current legislation.
8. Settlement of Disputes
8.1. Before filing a claim in court in disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to present a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, inform the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in accordance with current legislation.
8.4. Current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the User and the Site Administration.
9. Additional conditions
9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy enters into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
10. Consent to the processing and protection of personal data:
By placing an order, the User agrees to the processing and use of his personal data (in particular, to the use, entry into the database, distribution, transfer to third parties, additions or other changes, deletion and other actions that may be carried out by the Site Administration with personal data in writing ( paper), electronic or other form, including but not limited to the following data: name, surname, patronymic, date of birth, passport data, personal image (photo and video), contact data (addresses, phone), as well as other information that is implemented by the site administration or third parties with the help of this website, but also for the purpose of protecting the rights of consumers and for the purpose of conducting business activities by the site administration, keeping statistics, for the purpose of accounting and tax accounting, for communication and contractual relations with by state bodies, counterparties and other third parties in the course of economic and business activities, in order to comply with internal pr tools and procedures in the course of the Site, as well as for other purposes that do not contradict the current legislation.
In addition to the above, the User hereby consents to the fact that, if necessary, personal data may be processed and forwarded (transmitted) to third parties within the framework of the implementation of the above-mentioned chain.
In addition, the User hereby confirms his consent to the fact that personal data may be transferred outside the national borders of Ukraine and will be visible in countries with less strict personal data protection rules than in Ukraine.
The User hereby acknowledges that the entry of personal data into the database(s), transfer, distribution, change and other processing of the User’s personal data by the Site for the above purpose does not require additional notification of such actions.
